These were designed by Jean LaMantia, Registered Dietitian to be used by health professionals during counseling sessions with individuals with lymphedema. They meant to be printed off and reviewed with your patient/client as part of your lymphedema counseling session.
You may not go through the entire series with each patient, but will use your clinical knowledge and choose the tools that apply for each individual patient. Overall, you will likely find a need for all of these topics within your client population.
These teaching tools are based on current evidence and have been through a review process to confirm that the recommendations are reasonable and evidence-informed.
The design was reviewed by a professional graphic designer to make sure that you and your brand are being represented in a professional way.
You can also purchase each teaching tool template individually from the LymphedemaCollection Etsy Shop. By purchasing the bundle, you get 1 free template. All purchases of templates either individual or bundle includes the bonus checklist.
